Hey Jordan, I'm enjoying reading your journey. I'm also from an engineering background and getting serious about a self funded search. Your notes are helping me organize priorities, I appreciate that. Anyways, I've built a couple crappy basic financial models in excel myself, but I like that yours is simple and what a bank would look at specifically. Any chance you are willing to share the file?
