Also, maybe something like keeper.app for your profitability reporting? I’ve never used it personally but we provide it to our bookkeeping clients at my 9-5.

On your AP Sheet, would it help to add another column called “Category” and then make a pivot table that could subtotal those cash outflows by category for the next 2 weeks and 1 month? That might make it easier to fill out your cash forecast.

Really, I was talking about 'supplier', 'contractors', 'credit cards', etc.

But...you could also add a column that auto-designated '2-weeks' and '1-month'. A nested IF statement should do the trick.
